After five months of sister Kim Kardashian getting robbed of jewelry worth $10 millions at gunpoint in Paris, supermodel Kendall Jenner has reported a theft of jewelry worth $200,000 from her Los Angeles home. Police told AFP news agency that they received a ‘911’ call from someone at about 1:15 am on Thursday about a burglary in the area of Jenner’s home in the Hollywood Hills. But the caller didn’t confirm the property belonged to Jenner.
Reports suggest that Kendall had hosted a party at her house a day ago, when some unknown people gate-crashed. That same night, an alarm was heard, warning that someone had opened a door, but Jenner did not check on it. She left the house at about midnight and on returning an hour later she noticed her jewelry box open and all the jewels gone. Detectives haven’t found any sign of forced entry. So far there are no suspects in the case. Police are investigating the theft.
Jenner is featured with her sisters on the reality television show “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.” The 21-year-old star purchased the six-bedroom Los Angeles home last July for a whopping $6.5 million. Last October, Kim Kardashian was robbed in Paris. Ten suspects have been charged in connection with that case. Investigators, however, don’t feel that the theft is related to other burglaries at the homes of Los Angeles celebrities
