Just 9 more days to go for the Winter to be here. For a normal person not aware of the iconic HBO series, my statement won’t make any kind of sense since it is just the start of July, and October is a couple of months away. However, if you are a true Game of Thrones fan, you know exactly what I mean. For the new season of the dragons and white walkers show is about to start within a few days, and we just can’t hide our excitement. From ‘Winter is Coming’, the catchphrase of the show has changed to ‘Winter is Here’. The trailers have showed is the upcoming seventh season is going to be one helluva season, what with battles sequences – both on land and in water, involving dragons and Dothrakis. And there are White Walkers too!

And in case, the trailers aren’t enough to amp up your excitement about Game of Thrones season 7, the makers have released the titles of the first three episodes and the synposis as well. Needless to say, we are super curious as to what’s happening here…

Episode 1: Dragonstone (July 16) – Jon (Kit Harington) organizes the defense of the North. Cersei (Lena Headey) tries to even the odds. Daenerys (Emilia Clarke) comes home. Written for television by David Benioff & D. B. Weiss; directed by Jeremy Podeswa.

Episode 2: Stormborn (July 23) – Daenerys (Emilia Clarke) receives an unexpected visitor. Jon (Kit Harington) faces a revolt. Tyrion (Peter Dinklage) plans the conquest of Westeros. Written for television by Bryan Cogman; directed by Mark Mylod.

At least, we now know that Tyrion has something substantial to do this season. There is also the matter that the show will have a truncated run this season with only 7 episodes, though the runtime could be more. Indian viewers can watch the show on Star World and HotStar.
